THE MOUNTAINS CALL. Join us for the 16th annual Loon Echo Trek, a hiking and biking event that benefits the Loon Echo Land Trust. Hike 4.5 or 6 mile hikes across the ridge line of Pleasant Mountain, or bike 25, 50, 80 or 100 miles through the scenic lakes and foothills of western Maine. You can also do a bit of both with our Hike & Bike option. Trekkers enjoy a post-Trek party with live music, food and beverages. Early bird registration at LoonEchoTrek.org begins on March 1 and ends May 31.
